Once again, I have been fortunate to have Christmas gift bag designs in Target. Thanks to my wonderful client, American Greetings, I have had the pleasure of working with a talented group to get this business. These designs make me very happy! Hope you enjoy them too!

OK...so, this is my interpretation of Jello for Bolt Fabric. This assignment was fun and brought back memories of "leaving room for Jello". Has anyone had Pretzel Jello Salad...that is really yummy. Anyway, here are my designs. I hope you like them!

boot camp assignment

Here is what I have so far for my Jello assignment from Lilla Rogers Make Art That Sells Bootcamp. So much fun! Looking at all the amazing work coming from this group makes me think I better step-it-up-a-notch...or two! I have more to do on this...stay tuned.

Busy morning. Working on a client assignment. Hooray for birthdays!!!

I have been creating some designs for a client submission. Here is another birthday possibility.

So, last night Julia tried helping me get my blog back. It appears to be lost in space. OK....fine. Now, what to do? Here I am...embarking in the thought of "change is good". I think that is a very true statement and I am going to go with it. Excellent.

I am sure I will be making some changes, to this blog, as I learn. But, I wanted to get some things up and running.

Here is my first design.

I am enrolled in a fabulous class on-line. Lilla Rogers, an amazingly talented designer and agent, has some courses a designer can sign-up for. Everything is online! That is a challenge for me...but, I am loving it. First assignment...Cuckoo Clock and then use your design and add to a cell phone cover.

mercury retrograde

Anyone who follows astrology know when there is a retrograde...things go wrong or crazy. In this case...it has. I have a blog...michellerimpfdesigns.blogspot.com. Well, I cannot seem to get into it and edit or add postings. So, I am starting another. Simply called...Michelle Rimpf. Hah! How original.

The first blog was set-up by my amazing and talented friend Julia Briggs the creative force of Blue Star Design and Lucky Day Studios. She is amazing. 

Hang in there with me. I am going to learn how to create a lovely masthead and then maybe figure out a few other tricks.
